Jihad is a Charlotte, NC-based photographer and videographer, and the creative force behind JihadzVizion. Born in Charlotte and raised between Fort Lauderdale and Charlotte, he brings a perspective shaped by two cities and two cultures into everything he shoots — from sports and premium brand campaigns to lifestyle, documentary, and concert work.
As the oldest sibling, Jihad grew up with a natural sense of responsibility — a trait that carries directly into how he leads on set, whether he's directing a full campaign or covering a live event. Before photography, he was a collegiate football athlete, and that background is central to his story. The discipline, timing, and ability to perform under pressure that the game instilled in him didn't get left behind when he traded a jersey for a camera — they became the foundation of his craft. His pivot from football to photography wasn't a step away from that world, but a new way of staying inside it: documenting athletes, brands, and culture from behind the lens instead of on the field.
That range shows up across his body of work. He captures the intensity of sports, leads premium editorial campaigns for brands like Nike, Jordan ,Adidas , APB, and Social Status, shoots lifestyle content with a cinematic eye, tells honest stories through documentary work, and freezes the raw energy of live concerts in a frame.
His mother remains his biggest inspiration — her influence is at the root of why he creates with intention and authenticity rather than chasing trends. Every project Jihad takes on carries that same throughline: real stories, told with heart, from someone who's lived on both sides of the lens.
